George Dlugosh CRA, P.App. Residential Appraiser

George is a CRA designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of Manitoba. George has completed Certificates in Residential Valuation (CRV) and Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation (PGCV) through the University of British Columbia-Sauder School of Business.

Over the past ten + years, George has had experience performing appraisal work for several appraisal firms and has completed numerous appraisal assignments on a wide range of residential properties within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas.  These reports have been used for various purposes including:

-Mortgage Financing

-Property valuation for estate and probate purposes

-Taxation purposes

-Divorce and Separation agreements

-Relocations

-Real Estate purchase and sale and investment consulting

-Retrospective assessments

-Property Tax Assessment Appeals

​In addition to George’s appraisal education and work experience, he has held a Real Estate (RECO) license for the past 25 years and a member of Oakville Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), and the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB). He is also a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA).   He has been an award winning realtor with a number of real estate brokerages including Right At Home Realty, Royal Lepage and Prudential.
